Zhongcuici New Materials currently has a production facility in Dalian, Liaoning Province, where it manufactures a variety of special molecular sieve and catalyst products, including ZSM molecular sieves, TS molecular sieves, β-molecular sieves, MCM molecular sieves, SAPO molecular sieves, and more. In addition, projects for the production of various fine chemical raw materials required for catalyst manufacturing have been established, including tetraethylammonium hydroxide, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, N,N-dimethyloxazinium, N,N,N-trimethylgermaniumammonium hydroxide, and others. These fine chemicals can be used as templates for the production of molecular sieves. Currently, the products under construction at Zhongcuici Catalyst New Materials that have not yet been put into operation include formaldehyde catalysts, ZSM-12 molecular sieves, and **pyrrole, among others. The total investment for the project proposed for approval this time is approximately 850 million yuan. It will operate 8,000 hours per year and will create 260 new jobs. Construction is expected to begin in October 2025, with a construction period of around 14 months; completion and commissioning are planned for the end of 2026. Construction contents: The products include TRH catalyst at 1,000 t/a, PDH catalyst at 3,000 t/a, HDC metal catalyst at 800 t/a, TMOS at 2,000 t/a, silica sol at 2,500 t/a, high-purity silica sol (for polishing solutions) at 5,000 t/a, high-purity quartz sand at 3,000 t/a, SB powder (high-purity alumina) at 3,000 t/a, alumina balls at 1,000 t/a, CS01 catalyst at 800 t/a, hydrogen peroxide catalyst at 200 t/a, and hydrogenation catalyst at 600 t/a; the by-product hydrogen amounts to 641.6 t/a. The total annual production volume of all these products is 23,541.6 t/a.
