Close the quench water inlet valves in the 8 reboilers to cut off the flow of quench water into the reboilers. 3. Open the quench water outlet valves of the 8 reboilers to discharge the quench water into their respective discharge lines. 4. In sequence, close the quench water outlet valves of the 8 reboilers one by one until all the quench water has been discharged into the discharge line. 5. Open the discharge valve on the emergency cooling water discharge main to release the emergency cooling water accumulated in the main into the emergency cooling water sump. When performing the operation of draining the quench water, strict operating procedures must be followed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of this process. At the same time, the emptying process must be carried out under the supervision of professionals, in compliance with relevant safety procedures, to ensure the safety of the entire operation.
