Multiple key quality indicators of this product reached their best levels ever, marking a transition in the overall quality of PETG products from being merely \"qualified\" to having a quality comparable to that of \"crystal\". Faced with the bottleneck in improving product quality, the technical team at Liaoyang Petrochemical has continuously refined the control strategies through multiple rounds of practical exploration, in-depth data analysis, and parameter iteration optimization. Especially during the commissioning of the plant and the core polymerization stage, the research team made hundreds of fine adjustments to the reaction parameters, successfully overcoming key technical challenges such as hue stability, thus laying the foundation for improving product quality. The 690T products manufactured this time not only exhibit an improvement in viscosity stability, but the range of control over their key visual parameters has also been significantly reduced, with precision surpassing industry standards.
