Tank trucks loaded with specially modified asphalt are ready to set off, destined for two major transportation project construction sites. It is understood that the establishment of this plant with an annual production capacity of 900,000 tons of special asphalt relies on a production system that combines advanced hardware and software, built around \"factory-style continuous production facilities\" as its core. The workshop is equipped with a complete set of intelligent equipment; among them, the SBS modifier feeding robot serves as a true engine of efficiency. With its five advantages of saving labor, materials, time, being environmentally friendly, and ensuring precision, it plays a key role in enabling the efficient operation of a production capacity of 900,000 tons. “The feeding robot replaces manual labor with full automation; only one person is needed for monitoring on site, saving 300,000 to 500,000 yuan in labor costs per year ； It enables efficient and stable feeding; the feeding capacity of a single unit ranges from 1.5 to 3 tons per hour, supporting an annual production capacity of 900,000 tons ； Upgraded safety and environmental protection features: full automation to eliminate human-related risks, and fully enclosed conveying systems that ensure dust concentrations are below **the standard ； Real-time IoT monitoring, supporting remote diagnosis and predictive maintenance ； The modular design occupies less than 4 square meters, and its annual maintenance cost is only 40% to 50% of that of similar systems. ”A relevant official from Lunt Chemicals explained. After going into production, the specially modified asphalt supplied in the first batch was delivered to two key transportation projects. Some of this product was sent to Inner Mongolia Transportation Materials Co., Ltd., to serve as a core material for the road construction project on Provincial Highway 315, from Temotu (Hero’s Meeting) to Wuwei (the border between Mongolia and Gansu). This project is a key component of the \"highway network optimization\" initiative under the Western Development Strategy; once completed, it will serve as an important route connecting Alxa League with Wuwei in Gansu Province. Another batch of products was supplied by Beijing China Railway Tianrui Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., directly to the LM-2 project of Tiekē High-Speed Road undertaken by the First Engineering Company of China Railway 22nd Bureau Group. To address the challenges posed by the long winters and frequent freezing in the northeastern cold regions, the specially modified asphalt supplied this time features enhanced low-temperature crack resistance and water stability, which helps to reduce the risk of road cracking at extreme temperatures as low as -40°C, as well as problems such as grouting and potholes during the spring thaw period.
