Jingmen Petrochemical’s white oil for injection is now produced in bulk, enabling domestic substitution

As of December 2, Jingmen Petrochemical had produced and sold nearly 1,000 tons of JSV-P-5, a white oil for use in injectable vaccines. This marks the company’s ability to carry out mass production of such white oil specifically for use as adjuvants in animal vaccines, with significant success achieved in replacing imported products with domestic alternatives. As a key component in the manufacture of animal vaccines, this substance accounts for 50% of the total composition. Its main function is to encapsulate antigens and achieve a sustained release effect, thereby effectively enhancing the immune response in animals. To date, Jingmen Petrochemical has achieved stable production of a total of 5 batches of white oil for injection, JSV-P-5, and has established partnerships with 5 clients in the field of vaccine oils; two of these end-users have already used the product as a raw material in the production of bulk formulations. As proven by the market, this product has been used for the immunization of over 40 million poultry birds, with excellent results.
