Phillips 66 to acquire assets of the Lindsey refinery in the UK

　　According to OilPrice.com, Phillips 66 announced that it will acquire the assets of the Lindsey refinery in the UK along with its related infrastructure. Phillips 66 stated that due to the limited scale, infrastructure, and refining capacity of the Lindsey refinery, it plans to integrate this asset into the operational framework of its Humble refinery following the completion of the acquisition.
