Yangzi Petrochemical’s PDEB product exported to the Netherlands for the first time

On April 16, 40 tons of p-diethylbenzene (PDEB) produced by Yangzi Petrochemical were shipped from Nanjing to the Netherlands. This is the first time that the company’s PDEB product has been exported to the Netherlands. The PDEB unit at Yangzi Petrochemical utilizes the aromatic hydrocarbon technology independently developed by Sinopec, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, and its product quality is stable and reliable. Since the launch of the company’s PDEB product on the market in 2012, sales volumes and its domestic market share have grown rapidly, resulting in a high share of the domestic market. At the same time, the company has also set its sights on the international market, maintaining good cooperative relationships with overseas clients such as Portugal, Spain, and South Korea in recent years. This year, Yangzi Petrochemical successfully secured a PDEB order from its Dutch plant, opening up broader overseas markets for the company.
