On April 23, Yangzi Petrochemical innovatively used a new type of initiator to successfully produce the new product UE2815GA, designed specifically for high-melting-index EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) hot melt adhesives. All test results for this product showed that it met all the required standards. To ensure a successful first production run, the company’s technical team worked closely with front-line operators to identify potential challenges in the manufacturing process in advance, develop tailored production plans and risk mitigation strategies, and refine operational procedures and emergency response protocols. Technical personnel are on site to monitor process data in real time and dynamically optimize parameters ； Employees at the relevant positions take samples for analysis on a regular basis and monitor the status of materials to strengthen quality control. In response to conditions such as pressure fluctuations that occur during the production process, the operators on the inside and outside work together efficiently to address these issues promptly, overcoming each process challenge one by one to achieve stable mass production of new products.
