Technical exchange: Maintenance of York gas screw compressors

I have just had two York propane and butane gas screw compressors overhauled. I’m sharing this information here to encourage discussion among everyone. The order of the pictures might be a bit chaotic; please bear with that.
The inside of the compressor is quite dirty; cleaning the interior cavity and the rotor is quite troublesome!
The maintenance of York’s chiller units should be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer. It would be even better if more details could be provided, such as the main tasks involved in the maintenance

We are authorized by York; we have repaired so many units that we don’t need factory guidance!
The screw chillers in our facility are larger than this one, and we carry out all the maintenance work ourselves; after fixing them several times, we found that they are relatively easy to maintain
To date, we have overhauled many 355 and 408 series heads! Control Center: Quantum 4, Quantum 5
Have you repaired Wuxi compressors? We have two screw compressors from Wuxi that are ready for maintenance
Are you referring to the screw compressors produced by WuXi York, or those made by WuXi Compressor Factory? It needs repair; please send me the compressor model.
