What are the reasons for abnormal noises in the valve plates of reciprocating compressors? I would appreciate your advice. :)
Is it liquid impact caused by gas carrying liquid?
One possibility is that the valve disc isn’t properly secured or the bolts are loose. Second, it’s possible that the valve disc is broken! Check whether it’s the intake valve or the exhaust valve! Check the valve seat temperature!
Also, check to see if any foreign objects have entered!
Changes in inlet and outlet temperatures? Is it a metal valve disc? PEEK again? Confirm the liquid presence
The valve disc is loose, contaminants have entered, there may be liquid present, and the installation is not secure. It is recommended to switch to a backup unit for disassembly and inspection!

Check the temperature of the valve seat; if the temperature rise of this air valve is higher than that of valves of the same type, then open it for inspection when the machine is shut down to determine whether the valve cover is not properly secured, or whether the valve disc and the cushioning elements are damaged.
