Action: The pump should be stopped to inspect the leaky inlet pipelines, filter screens, and impeller; after cleaning, repairs should be carried out ; ③Reason: Insufficient pressure at the inlet of the centrifugal pump. Measure: Increase the back pressure at the inlet liquid level ; ④Reason: The temperature of the medium at the inlet of the centrifugal pump is too high, resulting in excessive saturated steam. Action: The temperature of the medium should be reduced, and the steam inside the centrifugal pump must be vented and removed completely ; ⑤Reason: The inlet valve of the centrifugal pump is not open or the valve core has fallen off. Action: The valve should be opened or the pump should be replaced before carrying out repairs ; ⑥Reason: The outlet opening of the centrifugal pump is too large (too small).
