The task of the compressor is to raise the pressure of the substance being transported. But sometimes, when the pressure at the back becomes too high, the flow reverses; it keeps flowing in the opposite direction until it can no longer tolerate that, after which it starts flowing in the correct direction again. This back-and-forth process results in very unstable transportation, the compressor gets upset, and there is a loud noise produced, similar to the roar of a beast – a very loud sound. This is a reminder that such an approach won’t work.
