The temperature of the rear bearing of the motor (on the side facing the compressor) has risen abnormally, reaching the shutdown threshold. Could everyone please analyze what might be the cause?

Check if there are any issues with the bearing; in this case, disassembly for inspection is required.

The bearing temperature at the motor load side is too high; our unit has encountered this issue on many occasions. Generally, it is lowered and scraped, the oil slinger is replaced, attention is paid to the lubricating oil and its level, but the results are not very good; such problems reoccur after some time, especially in summer. The manufacturer’s staff and the installation company’s personnel have discussed this issue together, but no effective solution has been found. Generally, operators are required to pay attention to the bearing temperature, and the compressor is equipped with an interlock system; if the temperature rises, it simply stops and needs to be cleaned a bit. There may be friction not only radially but also possibly axially; the sliding bearing should be addressed both axially and radially. This problem is not obvious with smaller compressors, but it occurs frequently with larger ones.
Why doesn’t anyone suspect the alignment issue? I think the first thing to suspect should be the alignment, and it needs to be verified again. Only then is it time to check the bearing lubrication
Disconnect the coupling to check the contact area of the shaft bearings and realign them.
