It’s impossible to select a suitable compressor; theoretically, energy efficiency is important, but the key lies in the equipment itself.
It mainly depends on the volume of production: if the volume is large, then Shen Gu is the suitable choice; for moderate volumes, manufacturers that use tin pressing or tin pressing extension methods are appropriate; and for small volumes, those that use clam pressing or clam pressing extension methods are the right option. Why this choice? If your order volume is very small, use Shengyu. Due to differences in production habits and the division of labor during the planned economy era, even if Shengyu is capable of producing such components, they would be basic parts with low piston force – it’s like using a cannon to kill mosquitoes; it’s not cost-effective. Similarly, if a large quantity is to be processed using clam presses, it’s like trying to pull a heavy load with a weak horse – it certainly won’t work well.
