The exhaust pressure reached 45MPa, while the rated flow rate was 515 Nm³/h at 12.5MPa; all performance indicators met the design requirements. To date, the compressor has completed the verification of all key technologies as well as tests of its performance; it will subsequently be put into commercial use in the \"Integrated Demonstration Project for Green Hydrogen Production, Storage, and Utilization\" located within the Lanshi Group’s campus. The 45MPa ionic liquid hydrogen compressor had its prototype and testing equipment manufactured in July 2023. As part of a major scientific and technological project in Gansu Province, this product represents an important component in Lansi Group’s new energy equipment related to nuclear, hydrogen, solar, and storage technologies. It is the core hydrogen refueling equipment among the three key components offered by Lansi Group: green hydrogen production, energy storage devices, and hydrogen refueling equipment. Upon completion of the prototype development, the project team promptly began conducting reliability and stability tests on various key components of the compressor as well as its core systems. To date, the compressor has undergone more than 300 hours of testing across ten major categories and dozens of sub-tests, including hydraulic testing of the compression cylinders, pressure resistance testing of hydraulic and cooling pipelines, airtightness testing of hydrogen pipelines and the pneumatic control system, basic functional testing of the compressor, debugging of the communication and control systems, as well as circulation tests using nitrogen, helium, and hydrogen. During the testing phase, the project team continuously optimized and adjusted the design processes and structural solutions based on the compressor’s operating conditions and test data, thereby achieving the best possible performance for the entire compressor. The successful development of the 45MPa ionic liquid hydrogen compressor will greatly enhance Lansi Group’s competitiveness in the hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing industry. The equipment company stated that it will follow Lanshi Group’s \"1333\" strategic plan for the new era, adhere to innovation in technology, explore hydrogen energy resources thoroughly, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and continue to contribute its expertise and efforts to the group’s transformation in the field of energy equipment manufacturing as well as to the development of a hydrogen energy industry ecosystem.
