High level fuel tank breathing hole problem

For centrifugal units, does the high-level oil tank need to have a breathing hole structure? Everyone is welcome to discuss.
Yes, after all, oil will heat up and increase in volume.
It must be set to facilitate the evaporation of water in the oil!
There will still be temperature changes in the high-level fuel tank, so I personally think it is necessary to install a breathing valve.
