Which nameplate of the ZhanGu Luozi blower is genuine?

Both of these fans are ZR7 series from Zhanggu, but their nameplate formats and addresses are different; which one is the genuine one?
It should all be true; the factory might have moved to another location

It’s possible that it’s all true; relocation or the establishment of a branch factory are both possible.
I am Zhangqiu Sanniu Roots blower, and both nameplates are genuine.
