Our chlorine compressors feature centrifugal four-stage compression, with guide vanes for adjustment at the inlet, and are primarily made of carbon steel； During normal use, it was found that the guide vanes often could not be adjusted; upon disassembly and inspection, it was discovered that rust had caused sticking between the internal guide vanes and the drive gears. The current analysis suggests that rusting occurred due to moisture entering the area after the cover was removed during the major maintenance; do any of you have any better methods to prevent rusting? Ask the manufacturer whether there is a specific lubricant material for this item Why not use stainless steel? ?
