The issue of nitrogen and chlorine separation

Gentlemen, we currently have a plan for the recovery and treatment of process gases: 4000 kg/h of chlorine and 14000 kg/h of nitrogen. Pressure: 30 KPa, temperature: 50°C. Nitrogen and chlorine need to be separated and reused; please recommend possible approaches or professional design firms or engineering companies. Thank you. I am initially considering using compression cryogenic liquefaction; are there any compressor manufacturers you can recommend?
It would be better to refine your question, such as the type of compressor used, the required materials, pressure, flow rate, temperature, and so on. It would be best to include a diagram of the process as well for easier discussion. For reference.
