It is recommended to check the piston ring, support ring, and inlet filter while checking the valve. It is also necessary to check the exhaust valve of the previous stage and the intake valve of the subsequent stage.
On the one hand, of course, check the air valve, check its spring, valve plate, and valve seat. Secondly, please clean the foreign matter in the valve cavity of the air valve, check the compression cylinder to confirm whether there are any foreign matter, and purge the inlet pipeline. These measures are mainly to prevent debris from entering the air valve and causing damage to the air valve.

Looking at the damaged valve, the valve nut has no anti-loosening measures.
