Impurities in hydrogen chloride compressed mixed gas compressors

It is a P-type inverted differential two-stage compressor, using a hydrogen chloride mixture as the working medium. After about a month of operation, inspections revealed numerous impurities; it’s unclear where they came from. Could they be the result of corrosion caused by the medium or the material of the cylinder? The inlet filter was very clean, so it’s certain that the impurities aren’t coming from the medium.
