①Check whether, during pumping, the main relief valve often overflows due to excessive load; in such cases, the overflow helps to reduce the load; ②Check whether the main relief valve is faulty and causing frequent leakage; if so, disassemble the main relief valve, replace the damaged components, and make the necessary adjustments ; ③Check whether there are any faults with the auxiliary hydraulic valves and the unloading valve, as faults in these valves can shorten the unloading time of the distribution valve’s oil pump, causing it to operate under high load conditions; it is therefore necessary to eliminate any faults in these two valves ; ④If the hydraulic oil in a hydraulic cylinder has been changed, it is necessary to check whether the viscosity of the oil is too low, as this can cause excessive leakage inside the oil pump; if so, replace it with hydraulic oil of the appropriate viscosity ; ⑤Check whether the oil pump is hot to determine if the increase in oil temperature is caused by a fault in the pump. If the heating of the pump is not due to too low viscosity of the oil, then the pump needs to be disassembled to identify the cause of the fault and fix it ; ⑥For the HB60 type pump, check whether the cooling water in the cooler is flowing properly and whether the temperature of the cooling water entering the system is too high; if so, reduce the temperature of the incoming cooling water and ensure its smooth flow ; ⑦Check the hydraulic cylinder for any influence from external heat sources, such as direct sunlight in summer; in such cases, insulation measures should be taken or the cylinder should be kept away from heat sources.
