This is a cancellation bolt; although the diaphragm can help balance forces to some extent, excessive force will cause damage. It is recommended to have it re-aligned and inspected, especially the clearance and parallelism of the backrest wheels.
Poor alignment caused the bolt to break.

First, check the alignment of the pump and motor; use a dial indicator to verify this. The bolts are standard components, so poor quality is a rare possibility.
Based on the location of the break, there is a problem with the bolt.
1. Rotate the shaft to check for any stuck areas. 2. Align the end faces with a tolerance of 0.05 in terms of radial displacement and 0.15 in terms of axial displacement (I remember that; not sure if it’s correct). 3. Replace all the bolts; if only one bolt is replaced, the others are likely to be damaged, which is not good
It’s best to provide the specifications and material information of the bolts. First, check whether the issue lies in the choice of bolts; then examine whether there are any problems with alignment. Only after that should you consider the possibility of quality issues with the bolts. You can’t claim that the bolts broke because you used low-strength ones and then try to shift the responsibility. Generally, as long as the bolts come from manufacturers covered by Sinopec’s framework agreement, their quality is usually satisfactory
It should be checked for alignment, mainly the end face!
The break location is quite strange. Was it not tightened with the required torque? Cracks occur due to excessive force, and they gradually expand and cause disconnection during operation?
