When a centrifugal compressor is shut down normally by pressing the shutdown button, when does the anti-surge valve of the compressor open? Is it turned on as soon as the speed is reduced at the beginning?
Is this a control valve for regulating air output, or one for controlling the return flow to the inlet? The outlet vent will be turned on or off based on the outlet pressure ； Backflow is adjusted based on the inlet pressure. Both are continuous processes, rather than switch actions at a certain point!
During uninstallation, the compressor’s vent valve is already fully open~~ Even after pressing the shutdown button, it remains in the fully open state~~
With anti-surge fully activated and the speed reduced to the minimum adjustable level, the machine can be shut down safely
Open the anti-surge valve appropriately when reducing the load
