In my workshop, the three stages of the six-row, four-machine dynamically balanced piston compressor were suddenly overpressured in less than an hour (alarm value 1.16, actual value 1.3). The three-stage water cooler, four-stage inlet and outlet valves, and four-stage pistons were all checked, but there was still a slight overpressure (1.17). I really don’t know where to start. . . Ask for expert guidance
Is the new equipment just put into use? I have been in contact with piston machines with two-stage compression and a maximum pressure of 30 kg. I have rarely had similar problems during regular maintenance. If the new equipment is considered to be a design problem, if it is not a new equipment, wear parts should be replaced regularly. For example, if the inlet and outlet air valves leak, air will leak to the upper stage. The oil scraper ring, etc. must also be replaced as appropriate.
Is the three-stage inlet pressure normal? Have you checked the four-stage air valve?

Each valve should be tested with water to check whether the spring elasticity is sufficient, whether the hard sealing gasket of the valve, the bolts of the valve plate are tightened, whether the jackscrew of the valve plate is in place (this is very important), and whether the support tube is deformed. In addition, try diffusing the front and rear stages again. It's best to send a picture to see the overall equipment and local problem areas.
For the three-stage exhaust valve, if the high-pressure gas connected in series with the third stage flows to the third stage, you should also consider replacing the high-pressure stage piston ring connected in series with it.
Is the third stage intake pressure too high? Is the exhaust valve or actuator faulty?
