Brothers, how does your company prevent oil contamination on the surface of the concrete foundations for its chemical pumps? We used to cover the surface with a layer of tiles. But for the new device, I don’t think this is a good approach. What are people doing now? It is mainly for 6S management and the protection of underground cables and concrete foundations.
Have you tried painting it with paint powder? Bright red, dark green,… It stays fresh with regular cleaning; the key is easy operation and anti-slip features during maintenance. Ceramic tiles feel cold to the touch and have a very smooth surface, especially when oily.
Why not consider the option of no oil stains? Wouldn’t it be better to resolve the issue at its root by ensuring that the pump seal doesn’t leak or isn’t needed at all, and that the bearing housing doesn’t leak oil?
For individual pumps, it is possible to cover them with a thin layer of stainless steel sheet, which provides corrosion resistance, makes cleaning easier, and improves the appearance.
