When an alarm signal indicating a lack of lubricating oil or cooling water is detected in the oxygen-nitrogen compressor, measures should be taken immediately to ensure the normal operation of the machine; if it is not possible to restore normal operation, the machine should be shut down right away, and the oxygen valve should be closed slowly. 10.
