I need help: For 99.5% pure oxygen, with an inlet pressure of 30 kPa and an outlet pressure of 300 kPa, and a flow rate of 300 cubic meters per hour, what equipment is suitable?
With low pressure and low flow rate, it’s really difficult to choose such compressors. I don’t know what kind of device this oxygen source is. It might be worth considering increasing the pressure using an oxygen generator, for reference.

You need a compressor for oxygen, and it must meet the standards specific to oxygen use. It can’t be as simple as just being oil-free. It doesn’t matter if you use nitrogen; only those designed for oxygen are suitable. For reference.
Your purity level isn’t very high either; many oil-free compressors will work. If the pressure is low, a diaphragm compressor can be used; if the pressure is high, another type of compressor is suitable

Purity is relative, it depends on how you compare it; it’s indeed not as high as high-purity oxygen with 5 nines:lol
