For the vertical filter presses produced by Jueneng Group, I don’t know why the filter plates keep leaking, and the filter cake doesn’t form properly
Check and identify the causes one by one in accordance with the SOP. A filter press is a very simple environmental protection device; the main reasons for liquid and material leakage are limited, and it’s easy to identify them one by one on site. Perhaps it’s vertical, so it’s not that convenient to maintain, and it’s hard to locate the position.
It may be that the operating procedures were not followed; for example, the liquid level in the filter press wasn’t fully filled when preparing the filter cake, or exhaust was not carried out, or the exhaust was incomplete, and so on.
