Issues regarding vibrations at the drive end of the turbine

After the maintenance of the turbine in the unit, single-test measurements showed that the vibration levels at two monitoring points on the drive side were too high. The probes were replaced and further adjustments were made; however, even after the unit was started up, the vibration levels remained high, approaching the critical threshold. What could be the cause of this, and how should it be addressed?
It is recommended to check the levelness of the rotor and the contact surface of the bearing shells.
There are too many issues here: what about the rotor’s dynamic balance? The clearance of the bearing shells, the contact area, the temperature of the lubricating oil, the amount of oil, the pressure, and whether the steam pressure is stable. I think the main problems here are likely the clearance and contact area, which are not within the normal range.
