For separation centrifuges, where the particle size of the material is small, 1–3 microns, how can material loss be prevented?
The filter cloth for the centrifuge is selected based on the size of the material particles; by choosing the appropriate filter cloth, solid-liquid separation can be achieved. If the particles are too fine, some loss is inevitable. If it relies on reducing the speed, it won’t be very dry. At this point, the balance between material loss and energy consumption is likely to be the main consideration.
