What is the reason for forced lubrication oil to escape from the bearing shells?
The tank fan has low power, the return oil pipe is thin, resulting in poor oil return?
The oil fume exhaust pipes should be cleaned; check for any pipe deformation, oil accumulation that may block the pipes, and clean the separators as well. It would be best to take a video and send it over, so as to determine whether the issue arose with the equipment when it was newly installed or later on. Was the fuel tank refilled recently? Is the smoke exhaust handled through an extractor, a smoke exhaust fan, or is it released directly without any equipment? Please also specify it for reference.
It has been in operation for 4 years; there are no issues with oil return, the oil pressure is normal. The oil tank does not have a smoke exhaust fan, and the smoke exhaust pipes are unobstructed. This problem arose suddenly after the shaft bearings were repaired
If that’s the case, the comb-shaped seal strip on the bearing housing needs to be cleaned to check for excessive wear or other issues.
