Help: Can a condensing steam turbine use 1.3 MPa steam?
Sure. Condensing steam turbines can generate electricity using saturated steam at 0.07 Mpa; in other words, they cannot operate with steam at 1.3 Mpa.
The turbines we used here before operated with 1.0 pressure steam, and there was no problem with that!
Just check the turbine design parameters
It’s completely possible, but it must be overheated.
Use superheated steam; it must be free of water
