Our company uses a fully enclosed tunnel drying furnace with the front and tail wheels 8000mm apart, a conveyor belt width of 1000mm, and the heat source is an infrared heating lamp with a set heating temperature of 320°C. The bottom conveyor belt is a chain plate (which holds up the Teflon belt) ; The upper layer is Teflon conveyor belt ; The tunnel drying furnace is still in the trial production stage. But no matter how I adjust it, it doesn't work. The first time, a problem occurred. Because it was fully enclosed, 1/4 of the Teflon conveyor belt was twisted into the sprocket, and the conveyor belt was directly scrapped. After changes, an automatic correction device for Teflon conveyor belts was added. The second time, after using it for a day, it started to run to the edge again, so we braked urgently, otherwise the belt would have to be scrapped. The problem is: 1. Is double-layer conveying of chain plates and belts suitable? 2. Is it suitable to add chain plate, belt and high temperature? 3. How to ensure the diagonal of the front and tail wheels of the chain plate machine? A slight inclination of the chain plate will cause the belt to deviate. 4. How to modify the chain plate and belt with minimal cost? 5. Directly replace the chain plate with a roller, and use the roller directly for the Teflon conveyor belt to support the Teflon belt? Is it possible?
It's best to post a picture, it will speak better if you look at the picture. I don’t know how the supplier and installation unit of this equipment can explain it, and who should be held responsible. There must be a guarantee mechanism for after-sales and installation. I don’t know why this kind of phenomenon occurs. Is it a newly designed trial production equipment or a mature product.
No picture. Are your belts and chains the same driving and driven pulleys, or are they separate? (It depends on your description that it is shared.) If it is shared, due to the problem of different materials, the tightness of your belt and chain must match well. This automatic correction is difficult to do! Consider finding a way to integrate the belt and chain into one piece! If the driving pulley and driven pulley are not shared, add a few more positioning rollers on both sides of the belt (are there positioning grooves? It’s hard to add it if you don’t have it), and then add automatic correction! (I don’t know how you automatically correct the error). The roller type should be feasible, yours is only eight meters long. Add a few more (but you still have to consider whether Teflon is resistant to stretching)! Let me ask you, how thick is your Teflon? Specification? If possible, please tell me the manufacturer!
Dear heroes, This issue has been unresolved for a long time. I hope you all can give me some advice, thank you very much.
