Regarding the reciprocating compressor data sheet

On those pages related to the operating range, some options are marked with circles, squares, and hexagons. Do these symbols represent the supplier, or is it up to the person filling out the forms to decide?
Generally, we provide the process parameters and requirements; the design institute prepares a data sheet which is then reviewed by our client. There is no point in issuing a quotation request. It is also possible that the design institute will issue only a quotation based on our process requirements, with manufacturers providing the data sheets
