The vibration of the middle cylinder in the vertical three-cylinder compressor exhibits irregular fluctuations, with the maximum vibration level doubling. (The vibration in the first three cylinders was similar), and there was no significant increase in vibration in the crankcase or the middle section of the engine. All areas were checked, and no problems were found. But the vibration remains high. Please ask the experts to analyze the reasons.
Inspect the inlet and outlet valves; there is an opportunity to check the clearances of the crosshead and connecting rod big end bearings, as well as the wear condition of the piston rings.
