It is manifested as the lubricating oil being contaminated by black impurities such as ball-milled cast iron powder, as well as abnormal noises resulting from friction between the drive side wall plates and the rotor. Equipment imported from Germany; originally plans were to carry out maintenance, but upon checking the documents, there was only a general explosion diagram showing all the models. There are no detailed assembly diagrams, no requirements regarding assembly tolerances, and nothing at all about the methods of disassembly and assembly. There’s German text everywhere in the documentation, which is frustrating; when I asked the supplier, they said they wouldn’t provide it and advised against attempting to disassemble and repair it myself, recommending instead that it be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. . . :L would like to ask if everyone is the same? Despite the arrogant attitude, it’s undeniable that this device is indeed impressive: with a capacity of 38 cubic meters and an operating pressure of 0.7 Bar, it’s extremely compact compared to domestic fans. I’m not sure if there are any manufacturers that can produce even smaller fans ; Flexible movable base plate; the belt is automatically tensioned by the weight of the motor itself ; The speed at full load is as high as 3800 r/min; the temperature of the machine body during operation exceeds 80 degrees, while the temperature in the oil reservoir reaches 90-100 degrees or more. And yet, there is no cooling water used – the only means of cooling is a small fan mounted on the input shaft. It’s hard to understand how it’s possible for the machine to keep operating for such long periods of time ; The viscosity of the lubricant used is 150, which is much higher than the typical 68. Is it because there are no domestic manufacturers of this type of compact, high-performance Roots blower that this German company is so confident? Is it really impossible to produce such devices? !

This is what’s called technological monopoly, intellectual property rights. It’s unreasonable to complain at this point; the terms of the technical agreement in the contract should be detailed before procurement. Aijen’s Roots pumps are still okay – well, relative to domestic ones that is! Compared to a few foreign ones, they are all more or less the same. As for domestic products, they always seem to be of lower quality in practical use, and that’s because they are all copies; there is no original design involved. The so-called design merely involves enlarging, shrinking, or modifying certain components based on the original design. If you asked domestic manufacturers to discard the existing blueprints and create a product with an independent technical style from scratch, they wouldn’t be able to do it... Of course, we are also from China, but the above mention of domestic manufacturers does not include our company……

The viscosity of the lubricating oil is chosen based on temperature, not on whether it’s a common or uncommon issue; it’s determined by the product design itself. Compact designs have a significantly lower design life and reliability – this is determined by the expected design life specified at the stage of product design; if maintenance is required on a short-term basis, then a compact design can be adopted, such as one that requires maintenance only once a year... Apart from this, for most users, whether such equipment is compact or not has little actual impact on production efficiency. Of course, there are specific exceptions, such as lithography machines, where the limited internal space of the equipment necessitates a compact design……
A person's abilities are limited; one must be brave enough to face oneself honestly. Do your best on what can be done; for what cannot be done, just hand it over. Because leaders exist for that purpose. It is recommended to look for other alternative devices on the market that meet the process requirements, which would be the best approach. I have 12 AiZhen units here; the original couplings were of the rubber type, and there were instances where the rubber cracked and flew off. Later, the manufacturer switched to coupling-driven systems for all of them.
