As shown in the image: this is the appearance of the product as sent by the manufacturer. There is no protective cover at the location of the coupling. I’m not sure if there are any regulatory requirements regarding this; is it necessary to add a protective cover for the coupling?

The triangular support of the seat plate actually serves as a protective cover; in my opinion, there’s no need to add another one
There should be warning signs hanging on the side.
Drill two holes in the inclined plate, then cover them with metal sheet or rebar – it’s better than having nothing at all. It’s best not to take such things too seriously; this is just for reference.
It seems there is also a risk of hands being inserted or clothing getting caught, so a mesh protective cover should be installed on the outside.
