Our company has an ABB vertical motor with a power: 100KW, upper and lower bearing models: 6317C3, drives a multi-stage submersible centrifugal pump. After two months of shutdown, it started. After starting, add Kunlun 3# grease. After running for an hour, the motor bearings locked up. After taking it apart, I found that as shown in the picture, the grease was partially condensed, but the color was still visible. It is suspected to be caused by poor bearing lubrication. The current temperature in the north is minus 5-10°C. It is suspected that this type of grease has the characteristics of low-temperature condensation. I have been using this type of grease for many years. Never seen anything like this. Please help with analysis.
