Do you think it’s reasonable to install the equipment in our unit this way? 1. Is the diameter change pipe at the pump inlet reasonable? 2. Is the exhaust pipe at the pump outlet installed properly?
There were no issues with the installation, but I personally feel that it will be somewhat inconvenient in practical use. Is there no pressure gauge on the export pipeline? This is purely my personal opinion; please don’t criticize if you disagree~~
The inlet shut-off valve is too far away, and there’s also a T-filter – can it be installed at an angle?
This outlet’s diameter-changing section starts vertically as well – that’s not proper. It enters at one end and exits at the other; the area where the diameter changes is the outlet, OP.

There's a problem. It is clearly not constructed in accordance with the design: 1. The pump inlet filter should be of the basket type, right? Is it convenient to install and remove it when it’s in a horizontal position? Is exhausting and draining useful? 2. The inlet eccentric reducer is clearly installed in the wrong direction ; 3. How was it determined that the pump’s outlet exhaust pressure should be higher than the highest point in the outlet pipeline? 4. Where has the outlet valve been installed? Why wasn’t it installed at the end point? If it hasn’t been inspected, I suggest you order corrections; otherwise you’ll have a lot of work to do when using it, dear.
Agree with the opinion from the sixth floor. A check valve and a pressure gauge should be installed at the pump outlet.
First, it’s unreasonable; second, it’s not convenient to operate; third, there’s definitely no issue with its operation.
1. The filter might be installed in this way because its size does not meet the actual requirements on site; it’s probably the only option available It can still be used this way, but it’s just inconvenient to replace the filter element. 2. Is the installation direction of the eccentric reducer at the inlet correct? Installing it in reverse is the mistake. Having a flat end at the top facilitates the removal of bubbles from within the pipeline, while when the flat end is at the bottom, bubbles tend to accumulate at the junctions, as bubbles rise upward inside the pipe. 3. There’s no issue with installing the exhaust valve at the pump outlet; it helps to remove gases from inside the pump. The problem arises only if it is installed at a lower level than the pump body, right? 4. As can be seen from the diagrams in Chapter 1, the outlet check valve and isolation valve are present, though their installation location is a bit farther away from the pump body.
There are basically no major issues with the personal opinion. I just think a shut-off valve should be added in front of the outlet check valve.
In the layout shown in the diagram, should there not be a drain valve placed in front of the check valve?
