For Shenyu’s compressors, I saw experienced workers use two pressure-boosting oil pumps, along with two gauges. They applied pressure to the backup wheel; once it reached the desired position, the high-pressure pump released pressure while the low-pressure pump maintained that pressure for 15 minutes. Could someone explain why two pressure-boosting oil pumps are used? How to calculate the pressing amount of the back wheel with two gauges? Why hold the pressure for 15 minutes?
The back wheel is connected without keys, and assembled by interference fit. During reinstallation, one is a hydraulic pump that expands the backrest wheel, and the other is a hydraulic pump that pushes the backrest wheel forward. It mainly measures the pressure of the two oil pumps, using the advancement amount of the backup wheel as a standard.
