Shenmu provides it with core equipment, helping CNPC make another significant breakthrough in the development and utilization of new energy sources! On January 8, after comprehensive testing to confirm the trial operation plan, the residual pressure generator set No. 1 at Anyue Purification Company successfully completed its startup procedure with air intake, and on January 9 it began generating electricity and connecting to the grid. The installed capacity for waste heat power generation is 2×750 kilowatts; the designed annual power generation volume is 8.8989 million kWh. The energy substitution rate reaches 13.52%, allowing for the reduction of 4,690.60 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year. It also saves 4.9 million yuan in electricity costs, and can replace the energy production equivalent to 2,800 tons of standard coal. The successful grid connection of this device marks a significant breakthrough by SHENGU Group in the field of utilizing natural gas pressure differences – it represents the first such system of its kind in the industry. This is a solid step forward in pursuing the strategic goals of \"reaching carbon peak and achieving carbon neutrality\"! The Shenmu natural gas differential pressure generator set uses newly developed turbine expanders. Throughout the entire project, SHENGU actively cooperated with the client, tackling one technical challenge after another from research and development, manufacturing, to on-site installation and commissioning. It continuously improved the implementation plan, ultimately ensuring the successful commissioning of the project, and earning high recognition and attention from the PetroChina client. Shenmu adopts a skid-mounted supply approach, integrating the expander, generator, lubricating oil station, dry gas seal system, and other components within one skid. This setup enables advanced intelligent control functions such as automatic start/stop and operation control of the unit, as well as automatic control for grid connection and load adjustment, thus meeting the user’s needs for minimal space occupancy, safe and stable operation, and intelligent control. The successful grid connection and power generation of this device have enabled SHENGU Group to acquire valuable experience in areas such as new product development, unit integration and supply, automation control, and project site management. It has also laid a solid foundation for the development and application of new products in new markets in the future.
