Have you seen pipe flanges welded together directly? It’s best to have a basis.
I’ve never seen it; I have seen multiple short pipes and tees between two flanges, however.
I’ve never seen it. In what situations is it used?

It’s extremely ridiculous; I’ve never seen anything like it. According to the standards for equipment flanges, such a design should not be allowed – there must be a short section in between.
For the structure required by the process, the structural design we initially came up with is shown in the figure.
It looks like a heat exchanger with a small diameter; I’ve really never seen this type of structure before. Is there also a partition in the middle? But I have a suggestion: instead of using welds, it would be better to make it into one piece, right? Can the neck structures in the middle, which are similar to long necks or integral flanges, be connected together? There’s no need to stick to standard requirements; you can apply for a patent on the product: lol

Hahahahahahahaha Although I saw the blueprint, I was overjoyed. But personally, I don’t think it’s impossible at all; in fact, I think the designer is creative, haha. If there were no restrictions of any kind, I think it deserves a like! !
