What are the advantages of drawing a portion of the flue gas from the exhaust fan outlet to the inlet box of the primary fan, and then using that gas to feed into the boiler for combustion? Does the boiler flue gas (after desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal) have any impact on the primary fan?
I think a high flue gas temperature can help save some thermal energy, but is it easy to control the oxygen content in the flue gas? ! !
The flue gas that has already been burned doesn’t it have a very low oxygen content? What’s the point of feeding it back into the boiler? I don’t quite understand this. I’ve been looking for relevant books to learn more about it; does the original poster have any such books?
If you’re using this gas, is it because the oxygen level in your furnace is too high, and you want to reduce that oxygen content?
1. Raising the temperature of the primary air is beneficial for ignition and combustion. 2. Increasing the primary air flow reduced the flame temperature, thereby lowering nitrogen oxides.

Can’t you use a flue gas heat exchanger?
Reduce oxygen content, lower furnace temperature, and decrease NOx generation; the results are good when the conditions are appropriate
