Many people will be concerned about this issue https://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-3017896-1-1.html I wanted to reply to this post, but I don’t know why it was closed? There are problems with some of the statements. 1. The material of anchor bolts cannot be generalized to be Q235. We should guide you in a little more detail. After all, there are AB,,, distinctions. 2. As far as I know, Q235A has been eliminated from the revision of GB150-89 for skirt anchor bolts, not to mention that it has now reached GB. 150-2011. Therefore, when selecting skirt and anchor bolt materials in the future, this material should generally not be considered. The type of anchor bolt material used as the anchor bolt should be clearly stated to the user and the scope of use should be clearly stated. In our country, the minimum ambient temperature in a large part of the area is 10- 0 C. This situation should be taken into consideration when formulating material standards for tower skirts and anchor bolts. The requirements for materials can be appropriately relaxed while taking certain restrictive measures to ensure safety. For example, using Q235-B can significantly reduce investment. 3. GB 150 stipulates that under normal circumstances, the material of anchor bolts is Q235A, and 16Mn is used only when the ambient temperature is lower than 0 C. SH 3098 Petrochemical Tower Design Specification HG20652 has the same requirements. When the ambient temperature is higher than -20 C, Q235A is selected. When the ambient temperature is not higher than -20 C, Q345E or 16Mn is selected.

Senior Shutong, I closed the post because there were soft articles inside! How about I take care of it and open it up again?
Mr. Shutong, the picture should be the latest material recommendation for anchor bolts. I hope it will be useful to you. :lol
