The poor reactor exploded before it was even used. Does anyone know what caused it?
What kind of stress? The manufacturer says it was caused by a sudden change in temperature, as heat insulation nails were welded to the outer jacket...

That piece definitely didn’t stick properly; there was air trapped inside, and it will burst when heated
Based on the thickness, it is determined to have been manufactured using the thermal spray rapid firing process. Defects: 1. Impurities in the steel plate were not removed in time, resulting in voids; during welding, the increased pressure of gas inside these voids caused the porcelain to burst at those points； 2. During welding, if the deformation amount of the steel plate exceeds that of the enamel, it causes the enamel to crack at those points.
