By changing the structure to increase the diameter of the foundation bolts, it is possible to increase the number of bolts, which is also a good approach. I have seen the same type of equipment, designed by two different companies; one uses a cylindrical skirt, while the other uses a conical skirt. It’s also impossible to say who is right or wrong; as long as the strength requirements are met, that’s sufficient. It should be noted, however, that such a large diameter as that of the M90 implies extremely high combined bending moments; in this case, factors such as the effects on internal components like trays, eccentric loads, equipment ladders, and eccentric loads associated with large pipe connections all need to be taken into account. A larger margin can be left for the anchor bolts; never sacrifice too much for too little.
Consider raising the material standards for bolts to increase their strength.
