Does the fluid flowing through the tubes in the convection chamber carry the same material as that in the tubes of the radiation chamber? What is an everlasting light?
The convection section can be considered as a preheating stage, with further heating taking place in the radiation section, thereby allowing the recovery of waste heat from the flue gas. The permanent flame burner is a small burner that ensures the main burner remains lit, preventing accidents such as flash explosions that can occur when large amounts of gas cannot be burned in the furnace due to a failure of the main burner
The media in the convection chamber and the radiation chamber can be the same or different. Consider the requirements of the process unit for the heating furnace. For example, in the feed heater of a continuous reforming unit, it is required that the pressure drop of the process fluid be relatively low; the process fluid is heated only in the multiple-pass heating section of the radiant chamber. A waste heat boiler system is arranged in the convection chamber.
It uses the same material; unlike the main burner which is used to generate heat, the pilot light is a small flame that remains burning after the furnace is ignited, facilitating ignition and preventing flash explosions.
