Which pressure-bearing components exactly are referred to as the shell of a pressure vessel? It should not refer only to a compressed cylinder; please provide an answer.
The following is a passage from TSG 21-2016, \"Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels\":
A pressure vessel is a sealed device used to hold gases or liquids and withstand certain pressures. Storage and transport containers, reaction vessels, heat exchange vessels, and separation vessels all fall under pressure vessels. To distinguish them from ordinary containers (atmospheric pressure containers), only those containers that meet all of the following three conditions are referred to as pressure vessels:
