According to what you said, doesn’t the weld symbol need to be marked on the container’s nameplate and on the container itself? Our unit has markings.
Spot welding must be marked; if not marked, continuous welding is assumed by default. I’m not quite sure about the second question; takeover is generally based on the outer diameter, while the cylinder diameter is usually used as the reference.
In my opinion, the cylinder serves as the main body of the equipment, while the pipe is used for the external connection port. Small-sized equipment can also use steel pipes as the cylinder body.
